If you would like to change your subscription plan, you can easily do so through your account. Before making any changes, please review the following important information:
When do changes take effect?
Any changes you make to your subscription will only take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- For monthly subscriptions, the new plan will start after your current month ends.
- For yearly subscriptions, the change will take effect once your annual subscription period has finished.
Until then, your current subscription will remain active.
Payments and billing
Please note that any payment associated with your new subscription will be charged as soon as the new plan becomes active. There is no trial period when switching between subscription plans.
How to change your subscription
Follow these steps to update your subscription:
- Log in to your account via our website
- Click on the profile icon (the circle in the corner of your screen)
- Select “Account” from the menu
- Go to the “Subscription Plan” section
- Choose your preferred subscription and confirm your changes
