Cancelling your subscription can feel like a final goodbye, but it doesn’t have to be. If you are going on holiday, taking a short break, or waiting for your favourite series to return, pausing your subscription may be a better option.
WithLove gives you the flexibility to pause your subscription for up to 60 days. During this period, you will not be charged, and your account will remain ready to use. Once the pause ends, your subscription will automatically resume so you can continue where you left off.
If you still prefer to cancel, you can easily do so through your account on our website. Follow these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Click on the profile icon, shown as a circle in the corner of your screen.
- Select Account.
- Go to Subscription Plan and click Change here.
- Click Cancel.
On the next screen, you will have the option to confirm your cancellation or pause your subscription instead.
