You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on our website.
Follow these steps to cancel:
- Log in to your account via our website. Cancelling is not possible in the app.
- Click on the profile icon, shown as a circle in the corner of your screen.
- Click on Account.
- Go to Subscription Plan and click Modify.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Click Cancel
- Click No I'd really like to cancel.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, which varies depending on wether it is a monthly or a yearly plan. After that, it will not renew and no further charges will be made.
Important: You will receive a confirmation after completing the cancellation. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder, check whether you still have the option to cancel, as that indicates that the previous cancellation did not work. Still need help?
