Few things are more frustrating than a loading screen. Fortunately on WithLove, films should usually start playing within a few seconds, although loading times may be longer depending on the speed and stability of your internet connection.
If a film or series does not load at all, please check the following:
Are you logged in with the correct account?
Click the profile icon (the circle in the corner of the screen), then select Account. There you can verify the email address you are signed in with.
Do you have an active subscription?
Follow the steps above and look for the Subscription Plan section to confirm that your subscription is active. If you don't have a subscription, you will be able to start it here.
