In some cases, we may need to issue a refund. When a refund is approved, the money will be returned to the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
How will I know a refund has been approved?
Once we have approved your refund, you will receive a confirmation from our support team. The refund will then be handled by your bank or payment provider before appearing on your statement.
How long does a refund take to show up in my account?
Most refunds are processed within a few business days. However, the exact timing depends on your payment provider and bank. In some cases, it may take up to 30 days before the refund appears on your account.
If you haven't received your refund after 30 business days, we recommend:
- Checking your bank account or credit card statement to confirm you havent received the payment.
- Contacting our support team.
Important
Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method.
If you have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, please let us know before requesting a refund, as this can affect the refund process.
